Any non-motorized crafts are allowed on the lake–sailboats, rowboats, paddle boats, etc.

Q: What are the price ranges of the lots?

Lots range in price from $54,000 to $154,000.

Q: Are there childcare facilities close by?

Q: What are some of the guidelines for designing a home at Heritage Lakes?

Homes are predominantly brick or stone with steeper pitched roofs. Where possible, all homes have side entry garages. There are specific roofing materials and colors that have been approved. All landscape plans utilize mature trees.

In the Cotswold area, all homes include “old world” details.
